Our experienced Social Service Specialists reach you wherever you are and educate you with first hand knowledge about the services and benefits available to the elderly. They fill out their applications for the appropriate services and escort them to the social benefit offices if required. They also perform the interpretation services for the limited English proficient seniors. Our limited English-speaking seniors usually do not have access to the services provided by different states and federal agencies because of the language barrier and our social workers work to enhance their social network and help them access resources. This program is funded by Suburban Area Agency on Aging.

We provide outreach and interpretation services at the Chicago location that is funded by the ICIRR/CMAA. We provide assistance to numerous callers and visitors everyday. We translate government forms in Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati and Bosnian language to make it easier for you to understand; if needed, we also fill out these forms for you. Our SOS Specialists also accompany you to the Public Offices such as Public Aid, Social Security Administration, Immigration and Department of Human Services.
